Amanda offers a calm, grounded approach utilizing various cognitive behavioral techniques as well as fostering human connection in a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.Amanda works with people of all ages to achieve growth through encouragement and engagement to equip individuals and families facing the toughest challenges. Amanda serves those with various concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and a variety of other difficult circumstances. Amanda is committed to the well-being and safety of every individual.
Amanda graduated from UNCW with a major in social work and a minor in both Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. Completed graduate school to earn an MSW at Indiana Wesleyan University and a clinical internship at Bay Area Psychology Associates. Current PhD student of Biblical Counseling at Regent University with a research focus on the interfamilial impacts of substance.
