Compassion Fatigue

Compassion Fatigue is a form of burnout experienced by individuals who regularly provide care and support to others, such as healthcare professionals, first responders, social workers, and other service-oriented roles. The constant exposure to the suffering and emotional needs of others can lead to emotional exhaustion, feelings of depersonalization, and a decreased sense of accomplishment. This can negatively impact both personal well-being and professional performance.

We believe that employee well-being is crucial to the success of any organization. As part of our comprehensive corporate wellness program, we address the issue of Compassion Fatigue, a prevalent challenge faced by those in caregiving roles and high-stress professions.
