My philosophy is that we all have innate value and skills that often are overlooked, but, when fully utilized, can put us on a path to be our best and happiest selves. I use a combination of a few theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Theory, & Solution Focused. I enjoy working with people who are ready to make some necessary changes in life but are unsure of where to start. I am passionate about helping individuals find their strengths and increase their confidence in themselves. If you're feeling overwhelmed by life, unsure of where to go next, or just need a little guidance and support, I would be honored to help you find some peace and clarity.
I have a B.S. in Psychology and Master's in Counseling I worked at Wilmington Treatment Center for a year as Rehab Counselor, Center For Emotional Health for a year as Licensed Therapist, and now have been at Wilmington Mental Health since October 2023, continuing my work as a Licensed Therapist..
